St. Michael Entry/Porch Remodel & Four Season Addition
This entry, porch and addition remodeling project is located in St. Michael, Minnesota. About this
remodel project: This front exterior porch stone is Cultured Stone by Owens Corning (Southern Ledgestone, Chardonnay color) with Indiana Limestone base caps and window sill ledges. Front porch flooring is maintenance-free AZEK Decking.
House siding by James Hardie (fiber-cement). 7-1/4" lap siding and Hardie Shingle-side shingles on the gable ends. Windows for 4-season room addition are Marvin Integrity double hungs. Interior of porch includes a vaulted ceiling (tongue & groove, enameled, built-in maple bookcases, floor to ceiling stone fireplace with alcove for HD TV (stone is same as on front porch of the house). Floor of 4-season room includes hydronic hot water heating system. A spectacular result for the homeowner.

Spring Remodelers Showcase 2009
Showcase Location and Hours: 5015 Westmill Road, Minnetonka, MN 55345; visit and tour on Friday, April 3 (1-7pm) and Saturday-Sunday April 4-5 (noon-6pm).
This home addition remodeling project is located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. About this remodel: A two story addition of 700 square feet was added to this home. The main floor layout was changed moving the dining area, adding a mud/laundry room, enlarging the kitchen and finishing this area off with a large new family room. The kitchen cabinetry is cherry by Dura Supreme, hardwood flooring is T & G white oak and granite countertops in Dakota Mahogany complete the kitchen. The upper level now consists of three bedrooms plus a new owner’s suite featuring a tray vault ceiling, walk thru closet and master bath. Windows by Marvin. Before and in-process images below:
