Edina Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen remodeling project is located in Edina, Minnesota. About this
remodel project: This kitchen transformation consisted of cutting open the wall between the kitchen and dining room to achieve a new half-wall with arch. Dura Supreme Crestwood line with Madison door panel style cabinetry, beautiful tile backsplash and Copper Silk granite countertops were chosen for the new kitchen. Red oak hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances and pendant lighting completed this remodel.

St. Louis Park/Southwest Style Remodel
This entry and exterior remodeling project is located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. About this
remodel project: This homeowner wanted an addition at the front of their home for an entryway which would connect to the garage, allowing for a new closet and bench area with an updated feel. Stucco was added to the home exterior creating the warm, welcoming Southwest style the homeowners had in mind. Entry tiles were selected to bring the theme indoors, updating the space and offering continuity to the feel of the entire home. We enjoyed developing a look and feel that was exactly what the homeowner was hoping for.

Feature Project:
St. Michael Entry/Porch Remodel & Four Season Addition
This entry, porch and addition remodeling project is located in St. Michael, Minnesota. About this
remodel project: This front exterior porch stone is Cultured Stone by Owens Corning (Southern Ledgestone, Chardonnay color) with Indiana Limestone base caps and window sill ledges. Front porch flooring is maintenance-free AZEK Decking.
House siding by James Hardie (fiber-cement). 7-1/4" lap siding and Hardie Shingle-side shingles on the gable ends. Windows for 4-season room addition are Marvin Integrity double hungs. Interior of porch includes a vaulted ceiling (tongue & groove, enameled, built-in maple bookcases, floor to ceiling stone fireplace with alcove for HD TV (stone is same as on front porch of the house). Floor of 4-season room includes hydronic hot water heating system. A spectacular result for the homeowner.

Spring Remodelers Showcase 2009
Showcase Location and Hours: 5015 Westmill Road, Minnetonka, MN 55345; visit and tour on Friday, April 3 (1-7pm) and Saturday-Sunday April 4-5 (noon-6pm).
This home addition remodeling project is located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. About this remodel: A two story addition of 700 square feet was added to this home. The main floor layout was changed moving the dining area, adding a mud/laundry room, enlarging the kitchen and finishing this area off with a large new family room. The kitchen cabinetry is cherry by Dura Supreme, hardwood flooring is T & G white oak and granite countertops in Dakota Mahogany complete the kitchen. The upper level now consists of three bedrooms plus a new owner’s suite featuring a tray vault ceiling, walk thru closet and master bath. Windows by Marvin. Before and in-process images below:

2008 Parade of Homes
Our feature home is located in Edina, Minnesota. About this
remodel project: This kitchen remodeling project started with removing a common wall to the dining room that created an open feel the homeowners desired. A knee wall then allowed for a new peninsula eating area and cooking station. Perimeter granite countertops are Kashmiere White and the raised bar top is
Azul Bahia in color. Cherry Dura Supreme Cabinetry from the Crestwood Series, Oak hardwood flooring, white subway tile installed
in a brick pattern and new lighting finished the interior portion. James Hardie siding and a new entry door added the curb appeal to complete this remodel. Before and After images below:

South Minneapolis Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen remodeling project is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. About this
remodel project: The project started with removing the common wall between the kitchen and living room area. Dura Supreme cherry cabinets with a natural stain and style of Crestwood Oxford Classic were installed. Glass wall tiles compliment the granite countertops. Mannington Naturals is the flooring. Stainless steel appliances finished the project along with decorative pendent lighting. A spectacular result for the homeowner.

Project Feature:
South Minneapolis Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom remodeling project is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. About this remodel: This project began with Lagos gold stone-honed in a diagonal pattern on the floor. The marble countertop and tub deck in Calcutta Supreme is the focal point of this project. Cabinetry by Damschen Wood and accessories are in brushed nickel. Shower tiles consisted of Vellum Matte on the floor and Vellum subway tile accented with a band of mosaic polished marble Calcutta tiles on the shower walls. New vanity mirrors and lighting completed this project. Additional images below:
