Who We Are
2010 Achievement in Consumer Excellence Award Recipient from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, MN Chapter. McGowan & Dokken Remodeling and Design is a proud recipient of a 2010 Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE) award for providing an elite level of service to consumers. Hosted by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI of MN), the ACE award program gives consumers the opportunity to rate remodeling service providers in five categories: quality, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, professionalism, and communication. To qualify for the award companies must submit five consumer-completed surveys and receive an average rating of four out of a possible five points across all categories, without having any score lower than three in any individual category. We are honored to have achieved this award recognizing service excellence!

John McGowan is a sought after remodeling designer and estimator, handling all aspects of design, estimating and sales. Traci Dokken is in charge of all company operations, marketing and advertising.
